This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the sale of bridal dresses during the sample sale hosted by The Bridal Gallery. By purchasing an item from the sample sale, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Sold As Seen

All dresses and items are sold strictly “as seen.”

• The customer is responsible for inspecting the item(s) thoroughly before purchase.

• No alterations, repairs, or guarantees are offered by The Bridal Gallery on any item.

• The Bridal Gallery makes no warranties regarding the condition, fit, or suitability of the item(s).

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, fit issues, or post-sale damage.

• Appointment booking fee is not redeemable on sample sale dresses.

3. Immediate Payment & Collection

• All items must be paid for in full and taken home on the same day of purchase.

4. No Holds or Reservations

• The Bridal Gallery does not offer holds or reservations on any sample sale items.

• Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Bridal Gallery shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred as a result of the use or wear of any item purchased during the sample sale.
